Space Rules

Use of Equipment and Interior:

• The renter may be held liable for any damage to the property and may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

Technical Support:

• The landlord provides necessary equipment by prior arrangement.
• The renter is responsible for the care and safe return of any provided equipment in its original condition.

Noise and Acoustics:

• Excessive noise that may disturb neighbors or violate public order is prohibited.
• The use of musical equipment is allowed only at levels agreed upon with the landlord.

Restrictions and Prohibitions:

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited in the space.
• The space may not be used for activities that violate the law.

Liability:

• The renter is fully responsible for the actions of their guests and event participants.
• In the event of any damage to the space or equipment, the renter agrees to cover the costs of repairs or replacements.

Final Provisions:

• The space must be returned in its original condition, including cleaning and restoring the furniture arrangement.
• The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if these rules are violated.
